Sessions are taken over the phone or on Skype audio for international clients. Hypnotherapy sessions, however, are only available on Zoom.

You'll receive an audio recording for most appointments, unless there's some pesky technical issues. Feel free to record your session if you'd like. When you schedule, select your time zone and call Amy at your appointment time at 210-526-1130. All the contact details will be shared again after you book.
